Our office opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. during the work week. For some clients, it is not convenient to make payments. If you don’t want to set your policy up on auto-pay, we encourage you to pay directly to the insurance company on their website, through the phone app, or by mail.

Yes, some companies can still send you an envelope with your bill, and you can send a check or money order. If you mail your payment, expect a two to three-week delay before it is posted to your account, which could result in a canceled policy if you wait too long. You can call the insurance company directly; the telephone number is available on your bill or our website.
